Mercy Wellbeing

Santa Maria College is further developing its Mercy Wellbeing Program, a carefully structured and planned approach to wellbeing and pastoral care for all in our community.  The ultimate aim of the Mercy Wellbeing program is to furnish those within the community with the skills to strengthen their relationships, build positive outcomes, enhance personal resilience, promote mindfulness and live a healthy lifestyle. The hope is that these skills will enable all to value themselves and those around them, and to make a difference in the world.

Natalie Rees (Class of 2003) was invited to speak to the Year 8 students about the character strengths of perseverance and bravery in her professional life.

We encourage all past students to be involved and volunteer some time to talk to our current students about any of the following character strengths.
